The
positions are in the Permitting and Compliance section. The tasks include
preparing air quality permit applications, reviewing facility operating reports
and compliance certifications, preparing air emissions calculations, ambient
air quality impact modeling, regulatory analysis reviews, environmental impact
statements/risk assessments, and facility spill response plans. The position
may also include program management and staff supervision. The successful
candidate will be self-motivated, self-directed and possess excellent verbal
and writing communication skills. Previous experience (4 years) with air
quality permit writing/applications with an undergraduate degree in engineering
or science discipline is desired.
