New Source Review (NSR/PSD) Permitting

This course is an introduction into the Major Source (Title 1) Permitting Program. It provides a basic working knowledge of all major program elements and explains its complexities in an easy to understand fashion. The course offers a general overview of all applicable federal and state air quality laws and regulations including a discussion about new and pending air quality legislation. Classroom discussion of specific permitting problems is encouraged. 

Air Quality Operating Permit (Title V) Compliance

This course provides an understanding of the structure of the Title V permits and discusses the specific categories of requirements. Based on the experience from many facilities around the state the course provides practical guidelines and solutions on how to deal with specific permit requirements. Participants are welcome to bring questions for discussion during class or to email special problems
