Responsibilities 

• Work collaboratively with our team of engineers and scientists, assisting our clients in complying with Alaska and federal environmental regulations.
• Assist with the preparation of draft permit applications, emission inventories and analysis of regulatory requirements.
• Prepare emission calculations, collect data for new or existing facilities, develop spreadsheets to analyze data and prepare compliance determinations, prepare.greenhouse gas emission  inventories.
• Occasional Travel to client facilities.
• Support other project functions as needed.

Technical Skills and Experience

• Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in engineering, atmospheric science, environmental science, chemistry, or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret Federal and State regulations, Federal Register notices.
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills, technical writing.
